A raw and emotionally driven gym video exploring the theme of hopeless perseverance. Set to a slowed version of "Entombed" by Deftones and layered with quotes from the anime Berserk, this piece captures the mental battle of staying consistent in the face of self-doubt. I used kinetic typography to mirror the emotional weight of the quotes, syncing them to the pacing of the music and my movement. This project pushed me to blend storytelling with motion design to express more than just reps; it's about resilience.
